These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AllPDF.tools ("the service", "we", "our"). By using the website or Android app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
AllPDF.tools offers a set of browser-based PDF utilities: merging, splitting, compressing, converting, editing, signing, protecting, OCR, and related operations. All processing happens on your own device. No file contents are sent to any server controlled by us.
Most tools are free to use without registration. A subset of advanced tools is labelled "Pro" and requires a one-time purchase or subscription through the Android app (Google Play Billing). Free-tier usage is not limited by daily caps or file-size quotas beyond what your browser can handle.
You agree to use AllPDF.tools only for lawful purposes. You will not:
Because every tool runs in your browser, your files never reach our servers. You retain full ownership and responsibility for the documents you process. We do not back up, index, or cache your files. If your browser tab crashes mid-operation, unsaved work is lost — there is no recovery mechanism on our side.
AllPDF.tools is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We make a good-faith effort to keep the tools correct, but PDFs can be unpredictable — fonts may be missing, forms may be non-standard, OCR accuracy varies with source quality. You are responsible for verifying output before relying on it for legal, financial, medical, or contractual purposes. Before signing or submitting an important document processed through the service, always open it in a trusted reader and confirm it looks correct.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AllPDF.tools and its developer will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service — including but not limited to data loss, corrupted output, missed deadlines, or financial harm from acting on output produced by the tools. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the service.
The tools load open-source libraries from public CDNs (unpkg, jsDelivr, cdnjs). These libraries are governed by their own licenses. We pin specific versions and vet updates, but we cannot guarantee a CDN will stay online or remain unmodified — if a CDN is compromised, our Content Security Policy restricts what loaded code can do, but a determined attack on a pinned CDN library is a residual risk shared by most of the web.
The website is supported by Google AdSense. Ads appear at the top and bottom of pages, clearly separated from tool UI. Google may use cookies or device identifiers to serve personalized ads, governed by Google's advertising policies. You can opt out of personalized advertising at adssettings.google.com. Pro features in the Android app are unlocked through Google Play Billing. Refunds are handled through Google Play's standard refund process, subject to Google's policies. Because purchase state is cached locally for offline use, the app grants a 7-day offline grace period before re-checking subscription status.
We may update these Terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes (such as a shift in the monetization model) will be announced on the homepage.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from your use of the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India.
